Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

If you want to purchase a gift voucher for a specific amount that is not shown at checkout, then please email [email protected] directly.

Returns, replacements and refunds

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you need to cancel an order or return an item please email [email protected] in advance of doing so and within 14 days of your initial order.

We recommend you use recorded delivery so you are able to track your return. As soon as we receive it, we will of course notify you by e-mail.

If a replacement is appropriate a new print will be dispatched.

If a refund is appropriate a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

You will be responsible for costs incurred in returning your items. The return shipping cost will be added to your refund or a replacement item will be sent free of post and packaging.
